The improvement of our people’s qualification is our main concern. We follow managing efforts trough specified programs in collaboration with external and internal institutes.     
We use our Welding and Expertise Centre to provide training of welders, welding controllers, pipefitters and COFREND Certification.


This technical assistance centre, specialized in welding, welding testing and industrial piping on any types of metal, provides us a qualified manpower. We supply trainings of welders for our projects sites       needs and for external companies, institutions and organizations.
