Discussions are undertaken to plan a partnership with PUNJ LLOYD ,an Indian company specialized in Engineering, procurement, and construction.
                                                                                                         
In order to develop a partnership between our company and the Indian company Punj Lloyd, a meeting took place on April 20th 2008 in GTP headquarters between both companies’ representatives.

This meeting was set, so that both companies will be informed on their respective achievements, resources, infrastructures, and the various implantation sites. 

Both companies plan to constitute an UTE (Company’s Temporary Union) to tender jointly for Sonatrach and Sonelgaz coming projects. A memorandum of understanding will be issued to discuss the opportunities related to this cooperation.
